The Admission Process
- Download our application form from the website or visit the school to pick up a form.
- Fill the form legibly and in capital letters.
- Scan downloaded form to our admissions email: admissions@cactusnigeria.org or upload on our website.
- Schedule a school tour.
- You will be required to submit with the application evidence of payment of the admission / registration fee of N3,000. You can pay directly in the school office via POS using a funded ATM card or into the school’s bank account.
- Elementary School Pupils will undergo an assessment before placement.
- Once the form is completed, we would schedule your child/ward for an assessment based on vacancy in the class the child is applying for.
Procedures and Requirements for Admission
- A child is considered for admission at the submission of an application form.
- Class placement is strictly and primarily by age and performance on an administered test.
- Prospective parents can register children anytime during the academic session. To register a child, an application fee of N3,000 is paid. An application form is filled and submitted either physically in the school premises or below.
- On receipt of the application form, the child is invited for a placement test, and assessment. Teachers are able to determine the level, standard and interactive ability of the child. This will aid the child’s integration into school life, on admission.
- A discussion is then held with the prospective parents on the child’s assessment report to conclude the admission process. Parental concerns are addressed at that stage and the new parents are thereafter invited for “new parent’s orientation program” that will inform on what to expect at CACTUS SCHOOL.
- By September of a new academic year, a child must fall (attain) under one of the following age categories below:
- Creche/Day-care (6 months – 18 months)
- Pre-school (18 months – 5 years)
- Junior Elementary (5 years – 8 years)
- Senior Elementary (8 years – 10 years +)

- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Certificate or Card
